Information we collect
When you finish an assessment, we store your answers, calculated scores, result type, assessment version, locale, a random result identifier, and limited session signals such as response timing and answer-position patterns. These signals are used only to estimate result reliability. Downloading the PDF type guide does not require an email address.
How we use it
We use this information to calculate and display your result, provide the matching type guide, maintain service security, and improve aggregate assessment quality. We do not use personality results for automated hiring decisions or sell individual assessment data.
Deletion
The browser that created a result receives a separate deletion key. Use “Delete my assessment data” on your result page to permanently remove the assessment. If that key is lost, contact support so we can explain the available verification options without exposing someone else’s result.
Retention and security
Assessment records remain available until deleted. We use opaque identifiers, hashed deletion keys, and access controls appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
