Anonymous product-behaviour snapshot

What 18,172 assessment starts suggest about depth.

A transparent analysis of aggregate usage from a predecessor Chinese-language assessment product. It offers product-design context, not a population study.

Where the numbers come from

The same owner operated the predecessor product and exported these aggregate counters from its behaviour dashboard. The snapshot predates the public launch of PersonalityNexa.

These are not PersonalityNexa visitor statistics and are not used to claim personality prevalence.

What we can reasonably infer

What we can reasonably infer

  • Short formats attracted the largest single share, but they did not eliminate demand for longer assessments.
  • The 200-question option accounted for nearly one-third of starts, evidence that some users will invest more time when depth is clearly offered.
  • Continuation from quick to long form was meaningful but not the majority behaviour. A product should make depth optional and explain its value before asking for more time.
  • This pattern supports offering one serious standard assessment rather than assuming every visitor only wants the shortest possible quiz.

Limits that travel with the numbers

Limits that travel with the numbers

  • Events are not people; only the completer count is deduplicated.
  • Format placement, availability and acquisition source may have affected starts.
  • The cohort is primarily Chinese-language traffic and is not globally representative.
  • The data measures product behaviour, not personality prevalence or psychological validity.
  • PersonalityNexa now uses a different 109-question assessment.
