What we measure
The standard assessment uses 109 original, two-choice questions: 93 estimate four preference dimensions, while 16 estimate an independent Assertive–Turbulent identity style. Questions cover everyday work, planning, communication, decisions, pressure, and recovery from setbacks.
How scoring works
Each response contributes one count toward the tendency keyed to that option. We total each dimension independently and use the higher side to form the four-letter profile. Question order and left–right option placement are randomised once per session without changing scoring.
How we treat uncertainty
The result shows the raw balance for every dimension. Confidence also considers answer-position patterns, response pace and agreement across related prompts. A narrow margin or low-quality response pattern is shown explicitly instead of being hidden behind the type label.
What the downloadable guide contains
The PDF is a type-level educational reference matched to your four-letter result. It intentionally remains the original 16-type guide and does not vary by the A/T modifier. It is not generated by AI and does not add a hidden score, diagnosis, or individual career verdict.
